PNF Stretching is an advanced form of flexibility training that combines passive stretching and isometric contractions to improve range of motion and muscular control. Commonly used in rehabilitation and athletic performance, PNF helps release tight muscles, enhance mobility, and prevent injury.
Rehabilitative personal training focuses on restoring strength, mobility, and function after injury, surgery, or chronic pain. Through customized exercises and corrective movement techniques, it supports the healing process while helping clients safely rebuild confidence in their bodies.
Cupping therapy is a form of soft tissue treatment that uses suction to promote blood flow, reduce muscle tension, and support the body’s natural healing processes. Often used to relieve pain, inflammation, and stiffness, cupping can accelerate recovery and improve overall mobility.
